Այսօր` չորս տարի առաջ, մենք տոնում էինք Սիվիլիթասի ծնունդը: Հիմա` չորս տարի հետո, կրկին տոնում ենք, բայց հանգամանքների բերումով արդեն խորհրդարանի առաջ: Ուզում ենք պատգամավորներին հայտնել որ Սիվիլիթասը իր խորհուրդով, անձնակազմով և հիմնադրով, շարունակելու է այն գործը, որ սկսել է 2008ի հոկտեմբերի մեկին.

 Happy Birthday Civilitas

On October 1, 2008, the Civilitas Foundation celebrated its establishment with a welcoming party. Today, four years later, we celebrate again, but this time, due to circumstances completely beyond our control (and not to our liking) we are celebrating again, but this time in front of Armenia's National Assembly building. Our message to the parliamentarians is this: Civilitas, its board and staff, and founder, together, will continue to do what we can to promote freedom of expression and an active, committed citizenry.
