Armenia Fund Telethon 2012: Twenty Years of Service to the Homeland

This year, we celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund. During these two decades, we’ve paved over 476 km of roads throughout the homeland, laid 517 km of water pipes in Armenia and Artsakh, constructed and renovated 334 schools and preschools, built 427 homes and apartments, and developed 70 hospitals and health care centers throughout the country’s regions.

All of this, we’ve done with your support, hand-in-hand, side-by-side. But with all that we’ve accomplished in the past twenty years, there’s still much to be done.

This year, on our 20th anniversary, we will focus our efforts on revitalizing the many struggling villages in Armenia and Artsakh.

Armenia Fund Telethon 2012 will rally the global community of Armenians toward the construction of multifunctional community centers that will, each, house a health care center, a library, a modern computer lab with internet access, an auditorium for trainings, town hall meetings and cultural events, as well as a village administration and accounting office.
