Newly elected City of Las Vegas Mayor, Honorable Carolyn Goodman proclaims April 24, 2012 as "Armenian Genocide Commemoration Day" in the City of Las Vegas and asks all citizens to acknowledge and remember the victims of the Armenian Genocide of 1915. below is the proclamation.
