Next Thursday, April 23, at the Cathedral of Holy
Etchmiadzin, the martyrs of the Armenian Genocide of 1915 will be canonized as
saints of the Armenian Church, in a history-making Divine Liturgy. His Holiness Karekin II, the Supreme Patriarch and
Catholicos of All Armenians, and His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of the Great
House Cilicia, will preside. Bishops from across the diaspora—including our
Primate Archbishop Khajag Barsamian and Diocesan Ecumenical Director Archbishop
Vicken Aykazian—will take part in the service.
(St. Gregory Hand)
